I have a farm in Nebraska and am interested on how do I qualify for wind energy production on the farm. The wind blows everyday in Nebraska.

We are interested in wind power and wish to know what we need to do to qualify for federal help in placeing windmills on our farm? We raise cattle and goats. We also have horses and hogs. We bale 3-4 thousand bales of hay a year, both custom and to resell and for our own use. 50% of our baling is round bales and the other half is square. We are interested in powering two homes and 4 barns and we have 8 acres at the home place, where the windmills would be. Thank you for your help.
