ELPC and Learner Honored with Awards
The Environmental Law & Policy Center and its Executive Director Howard Learner have been chosen to receive two awards of distinction 
this month. On May 13, Learner received the 2009 Distinguished Fellow Award from Leadership Greater Chicago for his “significant leadership contribution to the community.” Then on May 16, ELPC received the Natural Leader/Intent to Matter Award from the US Green Building Council – Chicago Chapter.
Last month, Learner received a “Green Award” from Chicago Magazine. This is an exciting time for ELPC, and we are grateful to our supporters for nominating us for these tremendous honors.
