I like this idea of a Midwest High Speed Rail Network. It is nice to see some new and enviromentally friendly ideas for Iowa. Transportation in Iowa as long time been based mostly on Cars and Trucks with the two major Interstate Highways I-80 and I-35 crossing the state.

With a rail option for Iowa and especially Des Moines this would make for a new and feasable transportaion option for most people.

I know Iowa already has Amtrak this would bring more jobs to areas that are lacking right now.

    Keep me posted.
