It is nice to see some new and enviromentally friendly ideas for Iowa. Transportation in Iowa as long time been based mostly on Cars and Trucks with the two major Interstate Highways I-80 and I-35 crossing the state. With a rail option for Iowa and especially Des Moines this would make for a new and feasable transportaion option for most people. I know Iowa already has Amtrak this would bring more jobs to areas that are lacking right now. Keep me posted. I like this idea of a Midwest High Speed Rail Network.
