In 40 Years, Indiana Has Changed For The Better

The Indy Star looks at Indiana’s environmental progress since the first Earth Day 40 years ago. The state has undoubtedly made achieved cleaner air and water, but there’s still much work to be done. ELPC Executive Director Howard Learner says that the state’s leader can push for more progress by enacting proactive policies that will promote cleaner air and cleaner energy.
