Big Ten Scientists Explain Climate Change and Probability of Extreme Weather
Thursday, July 5, 2012
When a string of 80-degree days settled over Chicago in March, ELPC reached out to climate scientists at all 12 Big Ten schools. The result was a compelling op-ed co-authored by the entire group and worked on through Memorial Day. It looks at extreme weather probability, climate modeling and our changing planet. Papers of note throughout the region have published the op-ed, as authored by local scientists.
