Madeline Fleisher is a Senior Attorney in ELPC’s Columbus, OH, office working on clean energy, climate change solutions and Great Lakes protection litigation and policy issues.  Ms. Fleisher previously worked at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and the Hogan Lovells law firm.  She was a judicial law clerk for Judge Julio M. Fuentes, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and for Judge Michael A. Ponsor, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  She was Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Environmental Law Review.
