Galena, Illinois. I have been visiting Galena and Northwest Illinois for 45 years. The region is part of the Driftless Area; it has beautiful rolling hills and protected natural areas. The City of Galena is a wonderful community with many 19th Century buildings, great food, and much history.
Since the first Earth Day 50 years ago, I have worked to improve environmental protection and reduce pollution. I care about protecting air and water quality and precious natural resources such as nature preserves. Our work at ELPC saves lives and improves quality of life for all.
