Tanmay Shukla is an associate attorney at ELPC working on energy law, clean water, and climate adaptation issues. Born and raised in India, he is a graduate of the University of Cambridge and Harvard Law School, where he was a Managing Editor of the Environmental Law Review. He is also working toward a Ph.D. in Economics at Boston University. Prior to joining ELPC, Tanmay interned for the Alaska Department of Law and Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, MA.

If left unaddressed, climate change will profoundly destabilize both our local surroundings and the global dynamic that is necessary to ensure that countries continue to cooperate for the greater good. Quite simply, I don’t want to grow old in a world that is falling to pieces.
