On Tuesday January 30th we had an ELPC Thinks discussion with Tim Farquer, Superintendent of the Williamsfield (IL) Schools, about his success in getting electric school buses to his district that will also be an important part of the district’s microgrid.
Farquer shared opportunities and challenges he encountered and how school districts across the Midwest can seek out state and federal funding for zero-emission buses that are already saving money for Williamsfield Schools.
ELPC Senior Policy Advocate Susan Mudd moderated.
