Beneficiary Designations

If you have life insurance, an individual retirement account (IRA), a donor-advised fund (DAF), annuities, bank accounts, a certificate of deposit (CD), or brokerage accounts, you may prefer to support ELPC via beneficiary designation. A beneficiary designation gift can be completed in minutes. Request a change-of-beneficiary form from your policy administrator or download the form from your provider’s website. Make your desired changes and return the form to ELPC to notify us of your intention so that we can acknowledge your generosity.

1) Contact Mary Carol Murphy at [email protected] regarding your beneficiary designation to support ELPC.

2) Seek the advice of your financial or legal advisor.

3) To include ELPC in your plans, please use our legal name and federal tax ID. Please let us know of your gift (many retirement providers assume no responsibility for letting nonprofits know of your intentions, so your goals won’t be honored).
