The Great Lakes, CAFOs, and Water Quality

Senator Cory Booker and Jeff Reutter, former director of The Ohio State University’s Stone Lab and of Ohio Sea Grant join ELPC to discuss how CAFOs are impacting water quality, farmers and rural economies.

For this ELPC Thinks webinar, Senator Booker discussed how the Farm System Reform Act can address our broken food system and improve water quality across the country.  Jeff Reuter discussed how CAFOs are impacting Great Lakes water quality, Lake Erie in particular, and other related problems.
