Carl Lingenfelter

Carl Lingenfelter is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors. He is the Platform Executive for Northern Trust’s Omnium® technology platform, which supports fund administration, trade operations, and analytic services to hedge funds, private equity funds, traditional asset managers, and sophisticated institutional investors. Mr. Lingenfelter leads strategy, execution, product development, and client onboarding for this platform, which serves Northern Trust’s institutional business lines across the globe. Previously, he served as Head of Global Strategy for Northern Trust’s asset servicing business. Mr. Lingenfelter is a board member of and has also served as Chief of Staff to the Board of the Chicago Transit Authority and as a policy advisor and speechwriter on economic and international affairs in the White House under President Bill Clinton. Mr. Lingenfelter has also worked as Staff Director of the Illinois Governor’s Office of Management and Budget and as legislative staff for Congressman Lee H. Hamilton.
