Professor Nancy Tuchman

Professor Nancy Tuchman is Founding Director of the Institute of Environmental Sustainability and a Professor of Biology at Loyola University Chicago.  Her research focuses on human impacts on Great Lakes coastal wetland ecosystem structure and function.  Her work in designing and implementing the new Institute aims to educate students about the Earth’s limited natural resources with the goal of encouraging sustainable practices and behavior, and developing sustainable policy.
