Robert L. Graham

Robert L. Graham is the Chair of the Board’s Nominating Committee and is the founder and past Chair of Jenner & Block’s Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Law Practice. Mr. Graham is an experienced environmental attorney who practices before federal and state courts and regulatory agencies across the country. He has taught environmental law at Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Graham is one of the three original incorporators of ELPC and served as the Chair of ELPC’s Board from 1998 to 2003. He is also a former Managing Partner of Jenner & Block, a former Board Member of the Environmental Law Institute, a former President of the Chicago Council of Lawyers, and a co-author of an environmental law casebook that is widely used in many of our nation’s law schools.
