Stan Goldblatt

Stan Goldblatt retired from the Winston & Strawn law firm’s corporate department in the Chicago office, where he previously served as head of the private equity practice. Mr. Goldblatt’s legal practice focused on leveraged equity investments and private equity capital fund transactions, as well as other private corporate transactional matters. He is a trustee emeritus of the University of Chicago and a Life Trustee of the University of Chicago Medical Center. He is also a trustee of the Cancer Research Foundation and as a member of the Commercial Club of Chicago.
