There are so many! I love paddleboarding and sailing on Lake Michigan and listening to the waves break along the shore. My husband and I enjoy biking and hiking on the trails in Wisconsin’s Kettle Moraine State Forest. Badlands National Park and Custer State Park in South Dakota are stunning. I love canoeing along the Midwest’s rivers looking for bald eagles, herons and other birds, and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore are special places for my family.
I care deeply about the survival of our planet and ensuring that my children and future generations will have wild and natural places to enjoy and clean air and water to breathe and drink. As a litigator, I enjoy devoting my time and applying my skills to protecting these special places for the benefit of us all.
