Celebrating ELPC 30 Years - 2023 Gala

The Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, Minnesota

Minnesota

ELPC works to advance clean energy, safeguard clean water, and protect vital natural resources in Minnesota. We are working to transform state energy policy through the Public Utilities Commission to fairly value solar energy. Our attorneys are fighting to stop an unneeded oil pipeline that would make climate change worse and threaten fragile freshwater resources. From our office in Minneapolis, we are working with state and local leaders to advance climate solutions and green job opportunities.

The land of 10,000 lakes is known for its rich natural beauty and outdoor recreation, from the Boundary Waters to Lake Superior. Minnesotans understand that environmental protection supports a strong economy, and the state has a deep tradition of environmental progress.
