WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the full Senate confirmed Janet McCabe to the position of Deputy Administrator at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with a bipartisan vote of 52-42. In the role, McCabe will support Administrator Michael Regan as he implements President Biden’s bold climate agenda to protect our air, water, and climate, in addition to jumpstarting racial justice initiatives and building out clean energy jobs in the United States.
